Jerry D. Pogue
Co-Founder & CEOJerry D. Pogue is the Co-Founder, Managing Partner, and Senior Consultant of Calidad Consulting Services, LLC. He leads the firm's governmental, political, and legal strategy, while serving as a senior advisor on complex regulatory and environmental matters and overseeing the mergers and acquisitions practice.
With over two decades of experience in the energy and service sectors, Jerry brings extensive expertise in operations, regulatory compliance, business development, and strategic growth — working closely with the RRC, TCEQ, EPA, GLO, OSHA, TXDOT, and USDOT.
Prior to co-founding Calidad, Jerry served as VP of Midstream for Ferrellgas, managing SWD facilities and supporting acquisitions from $30M to $850M. Before that, he was a Partner and General Manager at Sable Environmental Services, which he helped build from the ground up before its $127.5M sale to Ferrellgas.
Tammy Pogue
Co-Founder & COOTammy is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Calidad Consulting Services, LLC, an Oil & Gas regulatory and environmental consulting firm. She leads all administrative operations, including staff management, client and vendor relationships, and oversight of regulatory filings and compliance.
With more than 20 years of experience in the energy sector, Tammy has extensive knowledge of regulatory processes and works closely with agencies including the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC), TCEQ, EPA, GLO, OSHA, TXDOT, and USDOT.
Prior to co-founding Calidad, Tammy held leadership roles in human resources, payroll, office management, and gas operations. Her background includes managing compliance documentation, coordinating production and pipeline activities, and supporting accounting and reporting functions.
